Bearing steel GCr15 is a high carbon chromium bearing steel with a low alloy content. After low-temperature quenching and tempering, the hardness is high, the structure is uniform, the wear resistance is good, and the contact fatigue performance is good.

Chemical composition: C: 0.95-1.05% Mn: 0.20-0.40% Si: 0.15-0.35% S:<0.020% P:<0.027% Cr: 1.30-1.65%

Good overall performance. The cutting performance is good after spheroidizing annealing. After quenching and tempering, the hardness is high, uniform, with good wear resistance and high contact fatigue strength.
